We already analyzed and posted here that the Hebrew Gematria seems to be the most accurate and reliable.  Old philosophers and researchers wrote that Latin / English Gematria codes were instituted after the imitation [copying] of the Hebrew Gematria setups.

1.  Rabbi Binyomin Bitton, the founder / spiritual leader of Chabad of Downtown Vancouver and co-Dean of the Jewish Academy, is conducting a superb [Hebrew] Gematria video course, which is extremely informative - please, watch here:

2.  Vernon Jenkins, MSc and Craig Paardekooper BSc, both conducted Gematria analysis of the Genesis 1:1 of the Bible and its scripts by evaluation of the Hebrew words with which the Bible begins; you can view and consult their thorough Bible analysis and detailed research [using Gematria and Numerology] by clicking here and here.  In addition, Jenkins discusses the numerical information supplied by the first 21 words of the Hebrew Scriptures (Genesis 1:1-2), being associated geometrically with a cube 216. His name [Vernon Jenkins] has a Gematria of '72' [by using the old Latin reduction code], which translates to "bright, trustfulkindness, goodwill, compassion, religion, favor".

3.  Matt Slick is the President and Founder of the Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry [CARM]. He discusses Gematria, its amazing numeric patterns found in the Bible. For example, Matt describes that the Gematria of the name "Jesus" in Greek results in '888'. He digs into John 21:11-after the resurrection, the disciples caught 153 fish-the word "fish" in Greek is "ixthus"[Jesus fish], which has a numerical equivalent of '1224', or 8 x 153.  Interesting enough, Matt Slick's name has a Gematria-equivalent value of '363', matching the words "Prophet" and "Minister".  You can consult Matt's website here.
