Saarbrücken - Kaiserslautern II - Regionalliga

Round 16 of the German Regionalliga continues today: FC Saarbrücken and Kaiserslautern II will meet face to face on 24.10.2016. at 13:00 EST (U.S.A) at the Hermann Neuberger stadium, in Volklingen, Germany.  Saarbrücken is 3rd in the League table with 29 pts. and a record of 9 wins, 2 draws, and 3 losses (9-2-3). They are undefeated at home (5-2), so we expect them to win today.  Kaiserslautern II is last in the League table with only 12 pts., and a record of 3 wins, 3 draws, and 8 losses (3-3-8). They are 1-1-4 on the road (W-D-L).  Saarbrücken is chasing the top spots in the league in order to be promoted, thus, this game is important for them to win at home and keep their unbeaten record.  Kaiserslautern II has scored only 2 goals in the last 5 games [they have a real problem scoring goals].  With that said, I pick the home team Saarbrücken to win straight on the Money Line (ML).

UPDATE October 25, 2016 - FINAL Result:  FC Saarbrucken  3-3  FC Kaiserslautern II.  Saarbrücken missed the chance to pick up the 3 pts. vs. their opponents after having a comfortable lead in the 1st half and throughout the entire game: K. Behrens and P. Schmidt gave the home side a 2-0 lead before half time, but the visitors pulled one back in the last mins. of the 1st half.  The home side had a 62% of the ball possession vs. only 38% for the visitors.  When everyone thought the home side would win this game [after Müller scored a 3rd goal for Saarbrücken in the end of the 2nd half for a 3-2 lead in the 86th min.], very strangely, the visitors equalized in stoppage time - in the 90'+1 mins. Becker has scored a goal for Kaiserslautern to make it [the very surprising] 3-3 [and basically to turn our winning bet into a losing proposition].  The score of this game is very suspicious as well - the visitors [as I mentioned in the initial analysis above], could not score 3 goals in the last 5 games before this one, but last night they, all of a sudden, scored 3 goals on the road and got into a tie game in the end.  This is a proof our "Money Line" bet-strategy with the Option "Draw No Bet" ["safety net"] works well in games like this.
