FIFA World Cup - Soccer Qualifiers

Today is the 3rd Qualifying round for the Soccer World Cup: In Game 1 of our selection, Ukraine is playing Kosovo at home. Ukraine comes after a 2-2 draw with Turkey away from home, and a 1-1 draw with Ireland, they are without a victory in their last 5 matches in all competitions.  Therefore, this game is a great chance for them to win and score some goals.  Kosovo lost huge at home 6-0 from Croatia. The two teams have never met so far, this game shall have goals, so we pick the option game total (Over 2.0) goals.  In Game 2 of our selection, we feature Finland vs. Croatia. Finland was devastated in their last game, as they lost in extra time [3-2 defeat] from Iceland away from home, and are without a victory in their last 11 matches in all competitions.  Croatia comes after a solid 6-0 victory over Kosovo away from home, and they are undefeated in 12 of their last 13 matches in all competitions.  We do not see how Finland would beat Croatia in this game.  Thus, we pick Croatia to win this game in the Money Line (ML) with the option "Draw No Bet", i.e. if the game is tied after 90 mins. of play, the bet is void. In Game 3 of our selection, Italy is playing away from home at Macedonia.  Italy is on the 3rd place in Group G with only 4 points, so they need to win today.  Macedonia comes after 3 defeats in a row, in the last round they suffered a 2-1 defeat from Israel. Italy is undefeated in 4 of their last 5 matches in all competitions. They need points badly, so we pick the Italians to win this game straight up in the Money Line (ML).  In our last selection, Serbia hosts Austria.  Serbia defeated Moldova 3-0 away from home in the last round, and they are undefeated in 6 of their last 7 matches.  Austria comes after a 2-2 draw with Wales at home. The last head to head match between the 2 teams was 7 years ago - Serbia won 1-0. With that said, we think Serbia has the home field advantage in this game, so we pick Serbia to win this game in the Money Line (ML) with the option "Draw No Bet", i.e. if the game is tied after 90 mins. of play, the bet is void.

Special Proposition: 4-team Parlay - Parlays are single wagers [of each selected game above] that are linked together, all of which must win for the Parlay to be graded as a Winner. Parlays are actually accumulators, which are widely used in popular European betting markets. The odds on parlays are greater than individual side, selected above. In our case, the 4-team Parlay, consisting of the proposed matches, gives us the following odds: (1.22 x 1.20 x 1.30 x 1.44) = 2.74. In summary, besides playing the above single wagers, we can also combine them in a Parlay. If, for some reason, any of the Single Bets above (participating in the Parlay) is Void, the odds would be reduced.

UPDATE October 9, 2016 - FINAL Results:  Ukraine 3-0  Kosovo, Finland 0-1 Croatia, Macedonia 2-3  Italy, Serbia 3-2  Austria.  Ukraine defeated Kosovo 3-0, as we expected - Kravets' shot was deflected for the 1st goal, just after half-hour. Yarmolenko and substitute Rotan gave Ukraine late breathing space in the 2nd half by scoring 2 more goals, sending the 'total' of this match to over 2 goals, as we correctly projected above. Therefore, Ukraine clinched their 1st win in the group; Kosovo hit the bottom with just 1 point. Croatia remained on top of Group I - Mandžukić scored the only goal of the match from close range to secure the victory, as we predicted above.  Croatia are now 14 matches unbeaten in regulation time. Italy surprisingly had to come from behind to defeat Macedonia 3-2 away from home. Immobile scored 2 late goals to secure the last-gasp comeback win for Italy. Italy have not lost in 53 World Cup or EURO qualifiers. Serbia and Ireland shared atop of Group D, after Serbian team defeated Austria 3-2 at home [this was very difficult match to predict correctly]. Interesting enough, Austria's 13-match run without a loss in EURO and World Cup qualifying games ended today. Tadić scored the winner to add to 2 earlier assists for Aleksandar Mitrović's 2 goals. Austria twice equalized through Sabitzer and Janko, but it was not enough to get anything from this match. In summary, we were able to win again [second day in a row!] all of our single selections today, including, the proposed 4-team parlay [all single wagers that we won were combined in that parlay].
