Hungary - Switzerland (Bet Option "Match Result") |
Final Result (DRAW) 3.10 (Bet365.com) |
Hungary and Switzerland are playing this Friday at 19:45 in EUROPE for the World Cup Qualification [Round 2]. Hungary comes after a scoreless draw with Faroe Islands and are undefeated in 4 of their last 5 matches in all competitions. Hungary is situated on the 3rd place in Group B with 1 just point. It is important they do not lose this game today at home to keep their chances for qualifying. Switzerland is ranked on the 1st place in the group with 3 points. In the first round they defeat 2-0 Portugal. Switzerland is undefeated in the last 4 matches against Hungary with 2 victories and 1 draw. The last head to head match between the two teams ended in a 1-1 tie, so I do not see anything different this time around, i.e. I predict and pick an option "draw" for 90 mins. of play with high odds of 3.10.
UPDATE October 08, 2016 - FINAL Result: Hungary 2-3 Switzerland. A tough loss for Hungary at home. This game was headed clearly to a tie [as we predicted here; the ball possession was 50/50 (%)], when the substitute Valentin Stocker scored a late winner in the last minute of the game (90th min.), as Swiss defeated Hungary 3-2 in Budapest to make it back-to-back impressive qualifying victories. No luck for us in this game: It appeared clearly, as if Hungary would claim a share of the points [a clear draw], after Adam Szalai had netted twice to cancel out goals from the Swiss players Haris Seferovic and Ricardo Rodriguez, but the substitute Stocker for Switzerland found the net 2 minutes after his introduction [in the 88th minute] at Groupama Arena, as Switzerland built on their impressive win over Portugal and lead the Group with 6 points.
