Stanley Cup: Washington Capitals favorites to win it all

The best team in the NHL chases its 1st ever NHL championship trophy, and there is no better time for it
April 14, 2017 1:01 PM EST by Milo Georgieff UPDATED: June 13, 2017 5:06 PM EST

The 2016–17 NHL regular season is in the history books: it was the 100th season of operation (99th of play).  The NHL Playoffs for the Stanley Cup officially began on April 12 and will last until mid-June:  We already posted our predictions earlier (click here to see), but will bring on more detailed analysis, as to why we chose Washington Capitals to win it all. First of all, back in February, the Capitals won the Kevin Shattenkirk sweepstakes in a trade with the St. Louis Blues. Kevin Shattenkirk was #22 of the St. Louis Blues. We discussed 22 many times. The Gematria of his name: "Kevin Shattenkirk"=202 in EK#3, but "Kevin Shattenkirk wins Stanley Cup two seventeen"=202 in LRG. Interesting enough, '202' is the area code for Washington D.C., so he was traded to the Caps! Further, if we take into account that in Hebrew numerals there is no notation for (“0”), 202 'is read' as '22'; what a nice match for No. 22 to play for the Caps. Shattenkirk joined the right side of the Caps defense where Carlson and Niskanen are already experienced and solid. Shattenkirk’s 'bread & butter' is the power play (PP), as he had 18 of his 31 asts. this season at even strength, before joining the best team in the NHL. With Shattenkirk, the Caps now have 3 defenseman, on each pairing, who can push the tempo and make plays, so they are finally ready to 'pass through' the defending champions, Pittsburgh Penguins, who won their 1st Playoff game this season 3-1 against the Blue Jackets (Columbus shall be able to win Game 2). Before the start of the Playoffs, the Gematria codes favored Washington, Anaheim, Minnesota, Tampa, Chicago, and Montreal. Interesting enough, the Tampa Bay Lightning never made it to the Playoffs, and just to remind, most of the pundits out there early predicted Tampa could even win the trophy this year (never happened!). Going back to analyze the Capitals: Washington finished with 55-19-8 record in the season, 8-2 over their last 10 games with very strong performance; they are 32-7-2 on their home ice and 18-7-5 in Divisional games, thus their chances to beat the Penguins this year, with Shattenkirk in the lineup, are high. Holtby started 63 games this season in the goal for the Capitals, as he ended with 42-13-6 record, 9 shutouts. He has a 0.925 save percentage, good enough to help the Caps winning it all this year. The Washington Capitals rank 3rd in the NHL in goals per game, which is much better than last year.  One of the reasons they lost in the Playoffs last year is because they couldn’t generate enough offense at even strength (EV TOI). They had the 2nd-fewest goals at EV TOI for teams, played at least 2 rounds in the Playoffs last year: only 15 of their 29 total goals. This is about to change in their favor in 2017 Playoffs. Lastly, if we bring some Gematria Conspiracy to all of this: "Washington Capitals win Stanley Cup two seventeen" = 208 in LRG. 208 is an interesting code, already "in play" in the Life Matrix for other life / sports events: Note, the connection with this story "Hit and Run: Charles Murphy dead, March twenty seventh"= 208 in LRG (click here for the story), and the total points (208) scored in the recent NBA game between the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors (110-98 Warriors win). Golden State Warriors rallied from a 22-point deficit in the opening quarter to win this game; 22 tied to Shattenkirk (#22); "NHL is a Black Magic drill"= 208 in EK#1. Let see number 208: It has divisors 13, 26, 52, 104, 208LCM(52,104), is 104; LCM(104,208), is 208. All 3 are connected. 52 was "in play" recently, see here  the London terror hoax; "Conspiracy"= 52 in LRG. "NHL hoax"= 52 in EK#3, "fixed game"= 104 in EK#3. In addition, the Duodecimal value of 208 is 154.  154 was also "in play", see again London terror hoax. "Grand Master" =154 in EK#3; "Black Magic control"= 154 in EK#3. Also, "Washington"= 154 in EK#2. The numbers connect nicely. Note, "NHL is a lie"=99 in EK#1 (99th year of play!), and "NHL is a lie" = 202 in LG, matching perfectly the '202' above. In addition, the last time the Caps won a trophy was in 1998, the Prince of Wales Trophy, Eastern Conf. Champions, but then, they lost the Stanley Cup Finals against the Detroit Red Wings. This was 19 years ago. 19 means "Union", "Mighty", "to become a Jew", "Praise", "to deliver", and it has been already 'in play' (London attack again). The 19th PRIME is 67, but, "Secret Society"=67 in LRG. I stated before that we cannot rely on 100% in Gematria to predict the outcome of an event.  We all want to make money. With that said, there are several options to play here: 5Dimes allows you currently to pick only the NHL Eastern Conference winner: Washington Capitals are listed with 3,25:1 odds; NHL Western Conference winner: Anaheim Ducks are with 5,25:1 odds. Needless, you will be able to select and bet on the 'Stanley Cup Final matchup': for example, Washington Capitals vs. Anaheim Ducks pays 21,6:1, kind of reminding of 216=6x6x6 or 666; Washington Capitals vs. Chicago Blackhawks is 11,1:1; Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Anaheim Ducks is 15,15:1. If we play those options, we shall be in a great position to win.  Since the entire year was full of surprises (Trump is President!), see Montreal Canadiens vs. Nashville Predators 38:1 - it warrants a few bucks. Good Luck!

UPDATE: June 12, 2017: Pittsburgh Penguins clinched back-to-back championships with a 2-0 win against the Nashville Predators in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final at Bridgestone Arena on June 11, 2017, a day with numerology of 18. 18th PRIME No. is 61 ("GOD" in Latin Gematria), and also means "to shine, to punish someone". Pittsburgh is the first NHL team to repeat, since the Detroit Red Wings in 1997 and 1998. It is the 5th Stanley Cup title for the Penguins, and they have won each of them on the road. Of course, Sidney Crosby won the Conn Smythe Trophy as the most valuable player (MVP) in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the second consecutive season in his third Cup victory. Crosby finished the postseason 1 point behind teammate Evgeni Malkin with 27 points (eight goals, 19 points) in 24 games. The Gematria codes favored the Washington Capitals, however, it failed to materialize. If you believe in the theory of codes, you should know that based on circumstances (that occur) certain coding scenario takes place in life. In our case, for one reason or another, the Capitals could not close the deal, just because another scenario took place, based on the circumstances, and Pens went through to win it all. We need to apologize to our readers that we never checked the codes for Nashville Predators, as we underestimated them. The codes favored Anaheim Ducks so strongly, that we've had no doubt that they will be in the Stanley Cup Finals. Yet, the codes for that scenario did not work out for some reason, although, if we look at the data of Game 6-six between the Predators and the Ducks, the stats favored the Ducks, who had 41 SOG vs. only 18 SOG of the Predators?! Total domination by the Ducks, but they lost miserably. The Ducks scored only 3 goals on 41 shots, Nashville - 6 from only 18 shots?!? 6-3 is my favorite score because it makes the No. 63Note, "six six six" (666) = 63 in Latin Reduction Gematria (LRG). Something is wrong here: if a game is "fixed", there is NO way Gematria codes could detect that fact because, as we said above, every scenario in life matches its Gematria codes. If you don't believe me, search the Internet for different Gematria blogs, and you will find out yourselves "fights" between different Gematria users, as each of them has his / her own event theory (based on the codes) and believe that is the correct one:) ; The Ducks lost on May 22, the 2nd Master Number after 11. From May 22 until June 11, there is a time span of 20 days from start date to end date, not including end date. 20 means "approximately, declaration, Brotherhood, to shine, gleam (The Pens won Stanley Cup!), and makes the final score 2:0; Interesting enough the Capitals were eliminated by the same score 2:0 on May 10, as Patric Hornqvist (again!) scored a goal, i.e., all "by the numbers". "NHL" = 20 in EK#1. From May 10 until June 11, there is a time span of 32 days from start date to end date, not including end date, or 1 mo. & 1 day. Note, "Black  Magic" = 32 in LRG. 1 mo. and 1 day makes the No. 11 (matching June 11). It is all about the Black Magic, as you can see...

I said many times, when your team is facing elimination HEDGE YOUR BET: so, if you had $1,000 for the Ducks to win the series, then you can put $200, on the N. Predators in Game 6. In that case, you will limit your loss, in case the Ducks lose, but if they win, then, you can place additional $200 on the Predators in Game 7, especially, if you had from the beginning that the Ducks will WIN the WC at 5:1 odds at least...

Dear R Fisher, yes, there was such a post, mentioning Oilers at 33, so series ends after game 6 at 3-3, LOL! We never published this comment and some other similar comments because those "posters-trolls" were insulting the site and YOU, people, in the process, as calling us "Dummies", after the result 3-4 Ducks, it is obvious who is right and who is wrong on the WC Playoffs battle...As you know, we do not permit insults of any kind here. This is an intelligent site, not a STUPID blog without real substance (full of slurs, insults, blood, killings, etc., a total non-sense). Thank you for posting, folks, please, keep visiting the site and post your comments daily!

Milo, what happened to those Oilers fans? No way to be found anywhere :) You mentioned on your commentary about a guy stating that because of Gematria of Oilers equal 33, the series was tied 3-3. Is that true? This is the most foolish thing I've ever heard! Some people do not know where they really are...Ducks shall win it all this year! Go Ducks!

Sorry to hear that you are sad, but that's life. You would need to move forward. To be honest, I never checked the Gematria of Ottawa Senators and Nashville Predators, as they unexpectedly made it to the CFinals. Let see if the Pens and the Ducks would hold on to their status as being Favorites to win those series. Good luck going forward, and NEVER forget to hedge your positions!

Milo, our team lost, I felt so sad last night. I should've listened to you to at least hedge the wager with the Pens winning game 7. The system of Gematria is still not complete to predict the outcome of events, there is something missing, but I do not know what? I passed the chance to put at least $100 on the Pens-Ducks final, as you showed above, but in any event, hopefully next year the Capitals finally will do something big. In 2016/2017 season they were far better than everyone else in the regular season, but fell short again in the Playoffs

Ducks WIN! Ducks WIN! Ducks WIN! We are going to the WC Finals! Let's smash the Predators next!

It may very well be the case, the Caps were close, glad to see the Ducks advancing! I hope you all did a hedge on your investment in game 7, the Pens were underdogs with 2x (+) Money to win. I did a small hedge myself. In any event, the NHL is extremely competitive to predict, unlike the NBA, which fell out of favor, especially this year, as having only 2 teams clearly at the Top - Cavaliers and Golden State, then the Spurs and Houston, and the rest of the league it s TOTAL GARBAGE. In the NHL, every given team could win, this year we've had 2 huge surprises in both conferences - Nashville and Ottawa Senators broke through, that's significant, it means the League is in the right path with MANY competitive teams (unlike the NBA). If the Pens and the Ducks win their Conferences, our 2nd scenario is "in play" 15,15:1 odds. I guess it was pretty simple: the system does NOT allow Washington to go through because of the fight Ovechkin-Crosby: "the U.S.A always win over Russia" :) LOL, let 's watch and see further!

Milo, the Caps came short again this year, losing 0-2, the Pens advanced again, so they might repeat?

Jeff, note, the Pittsburgh Penguins scored the 2 goals in exactly 52 seconds, matching the 5-2 final score, and the Gematria I just mentioned below...:)

Jeff, yes, nice win 5-2 against the Pens in Game 6, a familiar score, which I discussed many times here:
Note, 5-2 makes the number '52'; "NHL hoax" 52 in English Kabbalah #3, and "Conspiracy"52 in Latin Reduction Gematria.

Hello Ducks#Fan, good to hear from you: I already posted an answer to that question here:

Hedge your Bet before Game 7: If you put down $1,000 on the Ducks to win the WC, you would expect to win $5,000, right? Game 7 is your Hedge game 1: The Oilers shall get at least 2x Money on the road in Game 7 (this is what the Washington Caps are getting tonight in the Money Line tonight May 8th in Game 6 away from home - ( , so you can wager any amount between $1 and $1,000 for the Oilers in order to reduce any potential losses that might occur from your initial Bet "Ducks to win the WC at 5:1". If you bet is for the full $1,000, then if the Oilers win Game 7, you will come out "100% clean", but if the Ducks win and continue, then you would have a LIVE wager on the Ducks to win the WC, but with heavy reduced odds of only 2.5:1 against Nashville. My view is to hedge a 20% to 50% stake always in Game 7 (to leave some money to hedge against in elimination games); that way you would reduce any losses, if the Oilers advance to the next round; Sports Betting is always a risk you take; I stated before, if you open an account with, you always would have the choice to EXIT your Bets LIVE at ANY TIME, and, if it is done soon enough, your losses will be limited to under 10%-20%...GOOD LUCK to your Ducks in Game 7!!!
