Texas R. - Toronto (Perez vs. Stroman) |
Texas R. (+2.5 R.) 1.45 (-210) (Bet365) |
Wager: $200. Texas Rangers will play Game 4 vs. the Toronto Blue Jays at 2:05 EST. Texas R. will send the lefty M. Perez: He shall dominate, and the fact he is lefty, shall work in the Rangers' favor to win Game 4. Toronto is lousy vs. left-handed starters, with 5-11 record. Perez has a low 0.79 ERA against the Blue Jays. Toronto will send Stroman, who is coming off a loss to the White Sox, as he allowed three runs over seven innings. On days when Stroman started, TOR won 7 games, but he recorded only 5 "Ws" of them. After last night's Texas fiasco (5-7 loss) with the (+) money in their favor, few people will wager on this game today, so the Rangers shall even the series. Thus, we expect Texas to cover the spread of (+2.5) runs, even win it. We also expect a low-scoring game. With that, we pick the Texas Rangers with the spread of (+2.5 R.). See here odds systems. Unless otherwise stated, our Bet is $100.
UPDATE, June 22, 2017: Texas Rangers 11-4 Toronto Blue Jays. The Rangers won Game 4 of the series in convincing fashion, as we projected: Texas put 7 earned runs in 4 innings on Stroman, the most he has allowed ever. Perez had 6 innings and allowed 4 runs (3 earned) on 9 hits, earning back-to-back wins. Toronto continued to be lousy vs. left-handed starters, with now 5-12 record. If you've done early your homework, this would've been an easy pick! Unfortunately, many cappers did NOT, but want to charge you a lot of money :) [The straight Plus(+) money selection for this game was extremely attractive]. Our Bet is a winner: $200 investment returns $290, $90 Net Profit, 45% ROI. We are total 2-2 for the day from the game predictions overall, plus the ones, given in the "Comments" section, and 23-10 overall in the last 5 days, i.e., 70% winning record.

Here is my solid advice to all: Out of those 4 picks that we listed above, you could select 1 game-single-"anchor" play, and put more money $$$ on it; then you can Parlay with a smaller amount all picks (or whatever you decide to select), in a way that your "anchor play"-bet covers the Parlay's wager - In other words, if, for some reason, you get stopped on the Parlay, you would still remain "ahead" by winning the single play-anchor selection! Cheers and GOOD LUCK!
1. St. Louis Cardinals - Philadelphia Phillies. Cardinals have their solid ace on the mound, Carlos Martinez: After ending a complete game-shutout in his last start vs. the Phillies at home 7-0 with 107 pitches-69 strikes, Martinez tossed another strong outing against the O's by beating them 11-2 on the road, that's quite good!. With a 2.86 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 10.2 K/9, he's on his way to have a career best campaign, and shall be viewed as a high-end starter going forward!!! BEWARE! Philadelphia will send Nola, who has been shaky lately - in the last 7 days, he has 9 H, 5 R, 5 Errors, with high 7.50 ERA. He lost at St. Louis, 5-6 on 6/11. So, 11 days later, on June 22, which is the 2nd Master Number (after 11), he is hosting the Cardinals. If the Cardinals win today, they will be 22-8 vs. the Phillies overall. Note, 22 Wins on June 22? Sounds good to me:) ; So, I take the St. Louis Cardinals with the spread of (+1.5) Runs on the road @ 1.26 Decimal Odds @ BET365.
2. Chicago White Sox - Minnesota Twins. The White Sox send their ace on the mound, Quintana. In the last 7 days, Quintana is pitching well - 2 R, 2 Errors, and low 2.57 ERA. He won his last start on the road at Toronto, by beating them 11-4. He wasn't that good vs. the Twins with 7 R, 7 Errors, and 5.25 ERA, but his opponent is very weak: Turley has been nothing, but a disaster, losing his only 2 starts, allowing 12 R, and his 7-day ERA is 15.43 (high) with 8 Errors. The White Sox will try to salvage a game in the series after losing the 1st 2; also after 3 straight wins, they now have 3 straight losses, so it's good time for them to win here: With that, we take the Chicago White Sox with (+1.5) Runs @ 1.33 Decimal Odds @ BET365.
3. Detroit Tigers - Seattle Mariners. Detroit sends Daniel Norris, who has been pitching very well lately - the team won 4 of his last 5 games, as he beat the Red Sox 8-3 the last time away from home. In the last 7 days, he allowed only 3 R and 3 Errors, with ERA of 4.50, not that bad, as he is heavy underdog tonight! The Mariners will counter with Mariners' No. 4 prospect and No. 2 pitching prospect, Moore, will make his Major League debut. He has a 4-3 record and a 2.72 ERA in 13 Minor League starts this season, but that's in the Minor League...With that, we take the Detroit Tigers with (+2.5) Runs @ 1.33 Decimal Odds @ BET365, as we expect them to salvage 1 game of the series.
Cheers and GOOD LUCK!!!
